The Catalan meat company Premier Pigs, one of the largest pork meat integrators in Spain, chose Rosal-Mabrik as a machinery supplier for its new portioning plant.

The project, which will involve an investment of 12 million euros and create 30 direct jobs, will have two production lines of 36-40 Tn/hour each and will have the latest technology in machinery, such as MMR-15X30 mills, MHR-6000 mixers and PVR-540 pelletizing presses from Mabrik.

The project will include the participation of companies and professionals with a long history in the sector, such as Calmesa, Mangra and Maximiliano Rodriguez, among others. This model reproduces other successful cases, such as the COPESE and CASASECA factories, both in Spain and with the same production capacity. The new Premier Pigs factory will be located next to the industrial zone in Bujaraloz (Aragon), and will complement the existing feed factory in Lérida (Catalonia).

"Aragon is one of the most active livestock regions in Europe and we are proud that a leading company like Premier Pigs has chosen us for this project," says Jaime Rosal, managing director of Rosal Instalaciones Agroindustriales. "What the customer looks for when it comes to making investments of this caliber is security. Our machinery is a sure value in this type of project, both in terms of quality and performance," he adds.
