Mixing
The main objective of the mixing process is to achieve a correct homogenization of the product. All the raw material, previously milled, as well as the micro-ingredients and other correctors, are fed into the mixer.
The Rosal mixers allow an optimal homogeneity of the product reaching a high production percentage in short mixing periods.
Ribbon and paddle mixer

Twin shaft paddle mixer
The twin rotor mixer is ideal for mixing products with very different textures, such as pellets, flours and extrudates.
