Mixing
The main objective of the mixing process is to achieve a correct homogenization of the product. All the raw material, previously milled, as well as the micro-ingredients and other correctors, are fed into the mixer.
The Rosal mixers allow an optimal homogeneity of the product reaching a high production percentage in short mixing periods.
Ribbon and paddle mixers
Ribbon or single shaft paddle mixers ensure effective homogenization.

The flight conveyor is designed to ensure proper pellet handling.
