PELETIZATION

Counterflow cooler

Mabrik coolers are intended to cool the pellets coming out of the pelletizing process to a temperature close to the ambient temperature at the factory. Their design follows the thermal counterflow cooling process, which we consider to be the most efficient for pelletized products and allows for a compact machine design.

Features

Models

Wide range of models

Thinking of all possible pelletizing fields, Mabrik has created different constructive lines:

- RVF-CProduct unloading system by means of a slide gate closure.

- RVF-CBProduct discharge system by means of tilting blades.

- RVF-2: Double-deck countercurrent cooler for quick product changeovers

- RVF-CB 2 Dryer: Double-decker refrigerator, which dries the product inside by means of hot air entering through its openings.

- POS-CB: Post-conditioner for animal feed for fish farms, which by means of its controlled internal temperature, the steam shower and the time of permanence in its interior allows altering the feed buoyancy.

High efficiency chillers

All our coolers are equipped with honeycomb airlock.

In addition, they are also equipped with a fire detection system, which provides the means to minimize as much as possible the risk of spread outside the cooler itself.

The granule leveling system optimizes the uniformity of the product layer inside the cooler, increasing its efficiency and homogenizing the temperature of all the granules. This system is included as standard in all coolers from the RVF-24-C to RVF-39-C.
