Mabrik, manufacturer of machinery for pelletizing compound feed and other by-products, has acquired four machines from the German company TBT Tiefbohrtechnik for its production plant in Barberà del Vallès (Barcelona). With this operation, the company 100%, owned by Grupo Rosal, aims to increase its die production volume by 30%.

This new technology will enable the company to work in three shifts around the clock. This will enable better coverage of the growing demand for dies and an immediate response to customers around the world.

The investment is part of the company's strategic plan, which aims to strengthen its leadership in the animal feed sector worldwide, while promoting other business lines such as biomass or by-products. As part of this plan, the company has also invested in a new automatic sharpener that will enable it to carry out new, more complex sharpening operations, as well as a new grinding lathe and a new countersink.

Mabrik closed 2021 with a 20% increase in turnover compared to the previous year.
