DOSING & WEIGHING

Dosing and industrial weighing

The dosing of excipients, amino acids, vitamins, micro-ingredients, additives and foodstuffs is a process that demands maximum precision to meet customer requirements and optimize costs.

We offer dosing systems adapted to specific needs, either by single or multiple weighing, depending on the characteristics of the product. The whole process is fully automated, guaranteeing a balanced dosing of aggregates, cements and any type of additives.

Micro ingredients

Micro-ingredient dosing systems

Micro-ingredient dosing in feed mills is key to ensure accuracy and quality in the mixing of vitamins, minerals and additives. Automated systems allow unit or multiple weighing, adapting to each ingredient. This technology ensures efficient dosing, minimizing errors and optimizing costs.

Dosing scales

The dosing scales, with capacities from 5 to 50 kg, allow handling various products on demand with maximum precision. They are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with precision valves and tanks with remover blades for efficient unloading. In addition, they include suction systems for safe handling of bags and big bags. The entire process is controlled by advanced automation software.
