Built on a solid steel casing, the DR crumbler transforms the granules into crumbs with the minimum percentage of fins.

Depending on capacity, it has 2 or 4 hardened cast iron rollers, with horizontal and vertical fluting, which rotate at high speed.

Each roller is individually driven by an electric motor and transmission is by V-belts.

The roller adjustment system (forward-reverse) is carried out by means of a handwheel with damping springs and micrometric distance indicators.

Pneumatically operated diverter for granules that do not need to be shredded.
