The Catalan meat company Premier Pigs, one of the largest pork integrators in Spain, has chosen Rosal-Mabrik as the machinery supplier for its new feed mill.

The project, which will involve an investment of 12 million euros and will create 30 direct jobs, will have two production lines of 36-40 Tn/hour each and will be equipped with the latest machinery technology, such as Rosal MMR-15X30 hammer mills, Rosal MHR-6000 mixers and Mabrik PVR-540 pelletizing presses.

The project will involve the participation of companies and professionals with a long track record in the sector, such as Maximiliano Rodríguez, Calmesa, Mangra and ER Ingeniería, among others. This model replicates other successful cases of recent projects in Spain with the same production capacity. The new Premier Pigs plant will be located next to the industrial park of Bujaraloz (Aragón), and will complement the existing feed mill in Lérida (Catalonia).

"Aragon is one of the regions with the greatest livestock activity in Europe and we are proud that a leading company such as Premier Pigs has chosen us for this project," says Jaime Rosal, general manager of Rosal Instalaciones Agroindustriales. "What the customer is looking for when making investments of this caliber is safety, and our machinery is a guarantee of both quality and performance for this type of project," he adds.
